Just south of Cozumel, visit Chankanaab National Park with its botanical gardens and replicas of carved stone monuments representing the most important Pre-Hispanic civilizations. Inside the park you will discover Chankanaab Lagoon, a natural aquarium. In Mayan, this means "small sea" and is considered one of the most exceptional ecosystems in the world. Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach and a wide variety of water sports.

While in Mexico, we would love to experience some local history. We would love to visit Tulum, a strategically designed and fortified city, located 65 miles south of Cancun. This unique archeological site was considered to be the principal maritime commercial port along the Mayan route. During the one-hour walking tour, we will have the chance to explore the tallest and most strinkingly placed building on the complex, " The Castle" which was built on top of a cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Continue this tour with a stop at Xpu-Ha where you can enjoy non-motorized water sports such as snorkeling or kayaking or lounge by one of the pools.
